Order Processing Times
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are typically processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
If we experience unusually high order volume, processing times may be extended. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Destination address
- Selected shipping method
We partner with major carriers to provide reliable delivery options. Expedited services may be available at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States.
If you require shipping outside the U.S. or to a freight forwarder, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow the carrier’s investigation process to be completed before a replacement is issued.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Local Pickup (If Applicable).
Local pickup is available. You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
